1. Booking Cancellation and No-shows

a. If you cancel a Booking or fail to show up, any cancellation or no-show fees, as well as refunds, will be subject to the Venue's policies.

b. Some Bookings may incur cancellation fees, while others allow free cancellations up to a specified deadline based on the Venue's policy.

c. Venues have the sole discretion to reject or refuse your Booking at any time.

e. If your Booking is rejected or cancelled by the Venue, you will receive a refund in accordance with the Venue’s refund policy.

2. Timeliness and Responsibilities

It is your responsibility to arrive on time. If you anticipate delays, contact the Venue promptly. Daifo is not liable for any associated costs resulting from late arrivals, such as Booking cancellations or Venue fees.

3. Daifo's Booking Cancellation

a. If Daifo cancels a Booking, you may not be entitled to a refund, depending on the circumstances.

b. If applicable, Daifo will provide reasons for the cancellation, unless prohibited by law or necessary to prevent fraud or illegal activities.

c. If you believe Daifo incorrectly canceled your Booking, contact our Customer Service team.

4. Venue Refunds Handling

a. The Venue is responsible for processing refunds through its Daifo Merchant Portal login.

b. By accepting card transactions through Daifo, Venues agree to process returns, refunds, and adjustments through their Daifo Account.

c. Refunds will be reflected as a deduction on the Venue's remittance payments. If a refund is processed after the transaction funds have been paid out, Daifo will implement a deduction facility on a subsequent remittance payment.

d. The refund amount cannot exceed the original total.

e. Daifo may withdraw the refund amount from a registered payment instrument if the Venue’s Daifo Account balance is insufficient. If the Venue’s Daifo Account Balance is insufficient to cover the refund, Daifo may exercise any of our rights including withdrawing up to the requested refund amount from a payment instrument registered with the Daifo Account and crediting it back into the customer’s Account.

f. Daifo does not refund Service Fees and Payment Gateway Fees when processing refunds.

5. Chargebacks and Reversals

In the event of a Chargeback or Reversal, the Venue must pay Fees, Chargeback Fees, and any associated fees incurred by Daifo.

6. Customer Service Responsibilities

a. Venues are solely responsible for customer service policies, including pricing, order fulfillment, cancellations, returns, refunds, and support.

b. Daifo handles customer service issues related to Daifo Accounts.

7. Conflict Resolution and Additional Responsibilities

a. The Venue is entirely responsible for conflict resolution, customer support, additional fees, or refunds related to Booking services.


8. Dictionary

Booking means the booking of services and equipment on our platform, whether you pay for it now or later.

Payment Gateway Fees means the costs that incur while using our payment gateway's services for transactions, including but not limited to setup fess, transactions fees, chargeback fees, refund fees, PCI compliance fees and termination fees.

Service Fees means any amount payable to Daifo in accordance with our Terms of Use and Terms of Service, including but not limited to the Booking Fee.

Venue means any venue or merchant using the Daifo software.

You” or “your” or “customer” means any person accessing, viewing or using the Daifo website and its services.
