Temporary passwords
Orion locks generate a temporary code that expires after the session. If a player loses it, they can regenerate it themselves from the booking app.

Court lights trigger automatically on door unlock. A manual override flag lets you skip auto turn-off when staff need the lights on.

Common questions
What's the difference between the two waitlist modes?
Notify mode is free — players join the list and get an email when a spot opens. Prepaid priority means they pay upfront and are promoted automatically when a place frees up. You can offer either or both per event.
Can members get a discount automatically?
Yes. Set a membership tier with its own rate plan and the member price applies automatically at checkout and on the calendar — there are no codes to enter.
How does smart pricing decide what to charge?
You set price overrides per service, day and time slot. When more than one rule applies, Daifo shows the lowest applicable price, so players always see your best offer.
Can I move a recurring booking to a different court?
Yes — and you can move just part of the series. Daifo splits the recurring entry into before, moved and after segments, and only checks the recurring dates for conflicts.
What happens to door access when a booking changes?
Each booking gets a temporary access code that expires after the session. If a player loses it they can regenerate it from the app, and court lights trigger automatically on unlock.
